    If there is a boat handler that is excempt from fees enter it the Boat Handler Section  
    If a diver pay's over the fee for the dive it will be added as a credit on his dive account  
    Ensure you add the date of the dive and who the dive marshal is  
    Once you have filled all boxes in you may print the form for you records prior clicking the email button
